Forgot your password? No worries. You can quickly request a password reset through the SoloFire app on your device.

  1. From the SoloFire login screen, click Forgot Password
  2. Enter your email associated with your account and click SUBMIT.
  3. You should get an email with a link to reset it. If you didn't receive the email, you might have entered in the wrong e-mail.
  4. Check your email spam folder to verify that the email didn't get sent to your spam folder.
