SoloFire provides system administrators a robust set of reporting tools.


Access the reporting tools by clicking on the Login link at the top navigation area at solofire.com and enter your username and password to enter the SoloFire system administrator area.


The following definitions correspond to the Graphs section of the Reports page.  The Sessions, Files, and Contacts sections of the Reports page may be accessed by clicking on their respective names in the top right area of the page.


Configuration Drop-down Selector: Allows you to select the configuration for which you wish to view the report for the selected time period.  The drop-down selector is located at the top left of the dashboard and defaults to ALL.


Quick Date Range Selector: Allows you to quickly select common start and end date ranges for the reporting period.  The options are: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last Week, Last Month, and Last Six Months.


Custom Date Selector: Allows you to set the start and end dates for the reporting period. You may either type the start date into the field or select it from the pop-up calendar.


Active Users: Displays the number of users who have logged into the app at least once during the reporting period.


Sessions: Displays the total number of sessions recorded by the system by all users during the reporting period. A session starts recording when the app is launched by the user and ends when the user sends an email from the app, quits the app, the app is backgrounded, or the device goes into sleep mode.


Avg Session (mins): Displays the average number of minutes spent per session for all users during the reporting period. 


Screen Views: Displays the number of screens that have been viewed by all users during all sessions in the reporting period.


Emails Sent: Displays the number of emails that have been sent by the system from all users during the reporting period.


Storage (MB): Displays the total combined file sizes (in megabytes) for all uploaded files in the library.


Configurations: Displays the total number of configurations currently in the system.


File Instances: Displays the total number of times all files in the library have been instanced across all configurations.


Library Files: Displays the total number of files currently in the library.


Sessions over Time: A graphical display of the number of sessions trending over the reporting period.


Most Active App Users: A graphical display of the number of sessions accumulated by a particular sales rep during the reporting period.  The Order drop-down may be set to ASC (ascending from fewest to most) or to DSC (descending from most to fewest).  The View drop-down allows you to adjust the total number of records displayed to 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, or ALL.  The CSV button allows you to export and download the data as a CSV file.


Most Viewed Content: A graphical display of the number of times a particular document has been viewed during the reporting period.  The Order drop-down may be set to ASC (ascending from fewest to most) or to DSC (descending from most to fewest).  The View drop-down allows you to adjust the total number of records displayed to 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, or ALL.  The CSV button allows you to export and download the data as a CSV file.
